These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Dazzle 'n Co Professional Cleaning Services ("we", "our", "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide professional cleaning services including commercial, residential, end of lease, rental property, office, deep, and builders cleaning. The scope of each job is outlined in the agreed quote.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Additional charges may apply for services not included in the original quote.
Booking and Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon acceptance of a quote. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major credit cards.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional cost.
Insurance
Dazzle 'n Co is fully insured with comprehensive public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us immediately so we can arrange a resolution.
Access and Security
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises to be cleaned. If keys or access codes are provided, we will handle them with the utmost care and confidentiality.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of re-performing the service or a refund of the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
